ITSM Document Review Service

The Document Review Service provides improvement feedbacks about documents sent. The improvement topics cover process activities, measures KPIs, roles & responsibilities, process specific concepts, process interfaces as well as document structure.  Document types to be reviewed are process, procedure and policy documents. 

Cost : Per 30 pages (i.e. If your document is more than 30 pages document, you should increase the number of purchased services)

Here you will have a live session with your ITSM expert and he/she will explain the issues related with your ITSM  documentation. (i.e. The amount of maximum time for an expert to spend is one hour per 30 pages)
